How do I move my appointment?

In exceptional cases, your RIZIV/INAMI certificate will be printed on paper and you will have to submit it yourself to your mutual fund.</div>

What should I bring to the dentist?

It is available on weekends and holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Do not make an appointment via the online agenda of your practice, it is only intended for check-ups and preventive treatments.</div>

What should I do in case of emergency?

<div class="promoted">If you forgot your electronic ID card, you can show another ID, such as a passport or driver's license. Make sure to bring your ID card with you to your next appointment, it should be read every time so that all your data can be automatically updated in our dental program.</div>

<div class="promoted">Due to security measures, we prefer payments with debit cards. Cash payments are possible up to the legal maximum of € 3000. Payment by bank transfer is only possible with the authorization of the practice. Some practices also accept credit cards.</div>
